Another Successful Campaign! Here's What's Next...

This is going to be a real quick update letting you all know the next steps, but first, we want to thank all of our amazing backers for another successful campaign!
Most of you know the drill: we’re entering the standard two-week window while Kickstarter collects funds. Once that clears, we’ll send out the digital files and immediately move everything into print. If everything goes smoothly at the printer, we’re aiming to have books printed, packed, and shipped by late January.
Thank you again for riding with us on another campaign. Your enthusiasm and generosity are the reasons we get to keep making awesome comics!

We’ve officially hit the last 24 hours of the campaign, and you all pushed The Surgeon past the finish line! We’re fully funded, we’re closing in on 200 backers, and the whole team is feeling the love. Thank you for showing up and keeping this epic series going!
But we’re not done yet.
If we can hit $7,500 before the campaign wraps, we’ve got something real cool planned to celebrate. Can we get there?

We hope everyone had a great holiday, because we sure did, and nothing capped it off better than waking up to over 150 backers! That’s absolutely something to be thankful for, and we’re grateful to every single one of you who has jumped in to support The Surgeon #7.

We just crossed 65% in funding, and we’re closing in on 120 backers! You’re all absolute legends. At this rate, we might even manage to get Doc to crack a smile, and these days, that’s a tricky feat.

And because indie comics thrive when we lift each other up, we wanted to spotlight two creator-owned campaigns that are doing fantastic work right now:
This long-running supernatural western follows Red, a cursed gunslinger navigating a drought-stricken world filled with monsters, magic, and plenty of morally gray areas. Issue #12 wraps up their second major arc, and the team has made it super easy for new readers to hop on board with back issues and bundles, and you can read the first issue free! A horror-romance holiday special that remixes Dickens with Carmilla in a dark, stylish, sapphic twist. The Bloodline crew has been building a strong catalog of gothic, supernatural storytelling, and this campaign delivers a festive blend of danger, seduction, and haunting holiday spirit.
